Looking for a smart, diligent team member for a promotional / wholesale industry supplier company in Los Angeles.
The candidate must have-

- Multitasking and attention to details
- Possesses a broad range of office management and computer skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Outlook Express, Word and database entry.
- Experienced in inside sales and some outside sales
Roles and Duties:
- Manage day-today customer enquiries and orders on day
- Scheduled production and shipping to meet in hands dates.
- Scheduled and kept track of shipments, stocks and custom orders as well as perform quality control
- Correspondence with vendors, overseas factories via e-mail, fax and telephone.
- Assist sales team and kept them informed of customer account status, sales leads, and correspondences.
- Handle all reservations and details as they pertained to the many industry shows throughout the year, including travel and hotel accommodations for all staff.
- Help in the production and distribution of yearly catalog including proof reading, product placement, and product photographs.
- Responsible for approval of credit on all orders shipped from plant.
- Research and resolve all issues with customers, factories or vendors.
- Created, improve and implement workflow patterns to be time efficient and productive.
